1. The game is free and fan-made
8-0-0 is a free, non-commercial, fan-made browser game provided for entertainment. There is no account, purchase or subscription required to play.
2. Not affiliated with anyone official
8-0-0 is an independent, fan-made game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or otherwise associated with FIFA or any football club, competition, league, governing body, organisation, game publisher, or ratings provider. All club names, player names, ratings, statistics and season data are used for informational, descriptive and editorial purposes only. No official logos, crests, player images, likenesses or other official branding are used. All trademarks, trade names and other intellectual property rights remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the game lawfully and not to: attempt to disrupt or compromise the site or its security; scrape, copy or redistribute the game's content for commercial purposes; or misrepresent the game as an official product.
4. Accuracy of information
Player data, ratings and simulated outcomes are approximations created for fun. They may contain errors and should not be relied upon as factual records. Match results are simulated and entirely fictional.
5. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Third-party links
The game may link to third-party sites (such as 38-0.app or font and hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
8. Changes
We may update the game and these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the game's operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
